New Generation Private School aims to create and sustain a genuine love of learning. Addition to the various tools that turn curriculum teaching into an experimental and innovative learning experience, there are many extracurricular activities and field trips conducted during the academic year which students take part in to enhance their learning experience, creativity and interpersonal skills. In-house activities and field trips aim to allow students to practice theoretical information that they get at school and they aim to be in sequence with the curriculum so that students will have the opportunity of practicing in a different setting and they will strengthen their knowledge about the subjects. There are also student clubs conducted every week in which students explore new skills or develop their current ones. These activities and field trips ultimately aim to contribute to child’s intellectual and physical development, especially at EYFS where little ones take the first steps of a long journey of education.
Apart from educational field trips and in-house activities, New Generation Private School uses morning assembly as a great opportunity for students to develop self-esteem, public speaking skills and raising awareness on certain chosen topics. Therefore, each week during the academic year is dedicated to a certain theme and assigned classes prepare presentations. Important issues such as healthy relationships, anti-bullying, peace, environment etc. are highlighted through different presentations conducted by students themselves.
