Primary and Middle-schools schools providing British curriculum offer education to pupils on Key Stage 1, 2 and 3 levels. Each key stage consists of a certain range of school years. There is more than one year in a key stage, they are grouped as follows:
- Early Years Foundation Stage: Ages 3-5 (Nursery, KG-1 and KG-2)
- Key Stage 1: Ages 5-7 (Year 1 - 2)
- Key Stage 2: Ages 7-11 (Years 3 - 6)

Core subjects are English, Science and Mathematics while foundation subjects are Social Studies, Art, Music, Physical Education, Information Technology, Islamic, Arabic, French and Life Skills. Islamic education and Arabic classes are not only subjected to Arab and Muslim students. Non-Arab parents who are muslims and non-muslim parents can also request their child to take Islamic class if they wish to.
