HEALTHY BREAKFAST
The activity aimed to inform all the students that breakfast is the most important meal at a day and gaining a habit of healthy eating at early ages allows them to maintain healthy lifestyle throughout their lives. The program had started in the morning assembly with mini presentations of Grade 4, 5, 6 and Grade 1C. The students acted in small plays to take their peers attention on how important healthy eating is and how a good breakfast affects their energy and well-being during the day. After the morning assembly, the students gathered at play area and started enjoying the healthy breakfast with wholesome morning sunshine. After they were fueled up with the energy resulted in fruits and vegetables, they started dancing and exercising at the play area. All the students seemed so happy to be taking part in such an activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle.
